Surfers paradise is a street circuit located in Australia, and is at the northern end of the Gold Coast. The track is a high speed street track, with a long back straight and fast start finish straight coupled with fast chicanes. The current location does not have anything to do with the old surfers paradise circuit, which has long since closed. The annual event held is the Australian V8 series, for the Gold Coast 600, and for 2010 a lot of changes have been made to improve it.
