Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit is an Australian Race Track, based just south of Melbourne. It’s home to the Australian round of the Moto GP world championship as well as the World Superbikes, plus the Australian V8′s and other smaller events. Originally built in 1951 when a group of businessmen decided it would be a good idea to replace the tired old circuit, the circuit has remained very similar today. It’s used for racing and test days, as well as Karting on the smaller track. One of the best things about the circuit is the location, right next to beach! Scenery at the track is epic, and several elevation changes add another challenge to the incredible track.
