Palm Beach International Raceway is a race track located in Florida. Built in 1964 the facility was reported to have cost around $1.5 Million, and the first event took place in 1965 with more than 10,000 fans in attendance. The circuit is surrounded by marshland and water, and is almost on it’s own island! As well as the main track which is 2 Miles long, the facility also has a smaller Kart circuit, used for national level kart racing, and a drag strip which runs parallel next to the start/finish line.
