The Manfeild Autocourse was built by the Manawatu Car Club in 1973 as a permanent race circuit. Located near Palmeston North, the track is currently just over 4.5KM. Originally it was just over 3KM, but due to expansion in 1990, it brought the Manfield circuit up to international standards. As well as the track, it also has space to hold conferences and events, making it the complete facility. With seven cambered corners it is a great circuit to drive, and is the longest track in the southern hemisphere.
