Kentucky Speedway is a 1.5 mile tri-oval located in north Kentucky. Completed in 2000, the circuit has held a NASCAR race every year since then. The circuit has a crowd capacity of just over 60,000, so it isn't the biggest on the NASCAR calendar, but the stands are usually pretty full! In 2008 the circuit was purchased by International Speedway Corporation, with the original owner retaining a small percentage.
