Estering

The Estering is a Rallycross track located around 1.5KM south of Buxton, Germany. Used for some of the largest Rallycross events in Europe including the European Rallycross and Danish Rallycross championships, the track is popular among drivers and fans. With top speeds approaching 180KM/H, the back straight is one of the fastest of any Rallycross track in Europe, especially given the overall length is just under 1KM (The track has a 60/40 asphalt/gravel split). Given the length of the track is is surprising that the number of spectators can be so high, 12,000 being the maximum per event.
