The Circuito de Almeria is a modern circuit situated in southern Spain. The layout of the track includes 8 right, and 5 left hand corners, as well as a back straight which is nearly 1KM long. A lot of test days are held at the track, as well as smaller race meetings, but it has not been used by many international race series, even though the facilities are excellent. Testing has been held for both World Superbikes and several touring car series. The weather at the track is really good, making it ideal for winter testing.
