Finished in 2008, the Algarve circuit is 4.5KM long, and cost nearly €195 Million to build. The complex not only includes the full circuit, but also a five star hotel, a Kart circuit as well as a technology park. Once you look at the circuit, you can see it is a really awesome track, with several downhill sections into tight corners, meaning overtaking is very probable! Several larger events have taken place at the circuit, such as the WSB, WTCC, Le Mans Series, FIA GT1 as well as some smaller events.
