Barber Motorsports is a motorsports complex which is located near Leeds and Alabama, USA. Opening in 2003, the track was designed by track designer Alan Wilson. It had been intended to host National level events as well as driving experiences and racing schools. In 2010 they obtained a three year contract to hold a round of the IRL Indycar championship, which added to the already packed calender. With 17 corners, the circuit is 2.3 miles long and has some small altitude changes. When designed they also wanted to make a track which looked a bit different, you will see sculptures around the track which include spiders, definitely unique! They also have the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum which is well worth a look. The park is superb for viewing, because you can sit on the banks and watch the circuit.
